How I Work
My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration and genuine respect for your lived experience, creating space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, where you can be yourself.
My approach changes for each individual, with a foundation of Person-Centred Therapy and elements of CBT and Transactional Analysis. I work in a relational way, which means the connection we build together is central to the therapy. By working collaboratively, we create a space where you can feel understood, supported and able to explore your experiences safely.
Person-Centred Therapy places you at the heart of counselling.
